Farrah M. Thomas, Psy.D
Dr. Farrah M. Thomas earned her doctoral degree (Psy.D.) from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2005 and MS in Clinical Psychopharmacology (MSCP) in 2017. Her current assignments include: Rehabilitation Psychologist for Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Service; Amputation Psychologist for the Amputation System of Care; Health Psychologist in Primary Care; facilitator for Hypertension Shared Medical Appointment and Amputation SMA. In addition, she is the Health Behavior Coordinator for the Cleveland VA system which involves training staff in patient-centered communication. Dr. Thomas is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
